Can I place an Order over the phone ?
Yes you can.
Have available the product code, and item name.
Example: 334 SP - Floral Serenity prayer
We will get other pertinent information from you to place your order over the phone, and reverify.
If you are needing to ship overseas we do ask that you contact us prior to placing order as shipping amounts are different than US shipping rates.
How soon do you ship ?
We ship within 1-2 to 7 days of order being placed. We will notify you that your order has been shipped and your tracking number.
Do you offer discounts ?
Yes we do have wholesale discounts available for legitimate businesses, please follow the instructions under purchasing wholesale.
Also we do have different coupon codes that are available within advertisements, if you enter in when checking out they will be honored.
Also be sure to check on our Welcome Page, occasionally we offer special
codes on it for the month.
If you experience problems you can enter into the gift card section, as it will show us the code being entered.

Is there a Holiday Shipping Schedule to ensure delivery for the 24th?
It is recommended to place orders no later than 12/19/09 to ensure delivery by the 24th.
We are processing orders quickly to get them shipped out quickly.
You will be sent a tracking number to track your shipment through the appropriate shipping company.
Depending on shipments going out on the 21st and the 22nd, your location, etc. It will be cutting it close for a 24th delivery.
Most orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, which is typically 2-3 days from shipment date.
